Entrees

Sustainably fished sea bass, baked with sauteed local shallots and local pears in a pear wine sauce.

Organic local pasture-raised chicken stuffed with local chevre, local chard, and local apples in a creamy apple wine sauce.

Organic local pasture-raised beef tenderloin wrapped in local in-house smoked bacon with a balsamic glaze.

Vegetarian option: Hand-made local sweet-potato gnochi with seasonal local vegetables in a garlic cream sauce.
